Niall has nearly two decades experience as an architect and has focused exclusively on built heritage and conservation issues for the last six years. Niall is heavily involved in heritage and community issues in Glasgow being chair of Pollokshields Heritage, Planning Convener of Pollokshields Community Council, Vice Chair of the Pollokshields Trust, in 2015-16 helped set up the Make Your Mark Charrette in East Pollokshields – Glasgow’s first community sponsored charrette, Trustee for Govanhill Baths Community Trust, was a member of Scottish Goverment’s Planning Review Development Management Working Group from 2016-17 and has served on the Glasgow Urban Design Panel since 2005.
