Roger Sturrock is currently Assisting Minister Kelvin West Parish Church and Hon. Chaplain to University of Glasgow Medical School. He is also Chair of the Board of Directors of the Lodging House Mission.
He previously had a long and distinguished career as a Rheumatologist, being McLeod/ARC Chair of Rheumatology Glasgow Royal Infirmary/University of Glasgow NHS Trust from 1989 to 2008. He was subsequently Emeritus Professor of Rheumatology and Hon. Senior Research Fellow University of Glasgow up to 2018 being also Hon. Professor of Rheumatology, University of Aberdeen.
