“Quiz night” is the heading for the Probus meeting on the 26th September…..but, sorry, we go it wrong….this is not a “night” but an ordinary morning meeting……although, admittedly, a somewhat different one!
Barry Adams-Strump is an expert at running quizzes as an aside from his proverbial day job as a Medical Consultant. For our particular quiz he has given focus to the normal “retired” status of our members and structured four rounds concentrating on “The 40s. 50s, 60s and 70s” with ten questions in each round. Everyone is a participant with members being allocated to teams on arrival at the hall. On this occasion we also hope to welcome teams from four other local Probus clubs. In addition to the “standard” rounds each team will be faced with an additional challenge in that they will be asked to identify dogs……of all sizes and all shapes
In other words the whole event promises to be a real fun event
