Springburn Park.
We took the train to Springburn from where we walked up through the “centre” to the entrance to Springburn Park. 
We then toured the park, starting at the old quarry and taking in the historical sites which included the derelict Winter Gardens – once the largest glasshouse in Scotland. After our interesting and educational tour round the park, we returned to the city centre by bus, and then made our way home.
